Hi im Dj Wired, a Hardtrance/Style & Freeform Dj from Manchester. I got into Dance Music in the early Nineties when i was introduced to Hardcore by a friend. This was when my wonderous journey into Eloctrinic sounds began! Over the next few years i went to every Rave/Club i could get to, mingling with like minded people, exploring different genres of Dance Music but was always pulled into HardDance Music especially Hardtrance & later on would also have a love for HardStyle! By 1996 i had realised that just going to event's was not enough & that i too wanted to mix this banging Music for the Masses. So with a limited budget i went out & brought my first pair of Deck's which were a pair of Belt Drive but done the trick & started learning to Beatmatch. Over the next year or two i constantly practiced until i could Beatmatch perfectly on every mix & grew confident enough to play in front of people, this is when i brought my set of Technics! In 2004 i decided to move away from the small town i was living in & move to a bigger city where i felt i could have the chance of being heard & fulfiiling my dream, this is how i arrived in Manchester.

I started to go to HardDance event's in & around Manchester, talking to promoter's & handing out Demo's . Over the next year even though i could mix, i got expert tuition from the highly skillful Tutor's @ S.S.R College in Manchester & found myself gaining new skill's like Beat Juggling & even some Scratching Techniques. But what really appealed to me was the Music Production side of things. Up until now i had never been on any Production software but knew i had to eventually learn then i could produce & play out my own material..(so watch this space as i plan to release my own stuff A.S.A.P!) Whilst on the course @ S.S.R myself & a friend decided to start our own HardDance event called Rebellion which for the short time it ran was quiet succsessful. Two years on & i have learned many things not just with Dj'ing & Producing but about promoting& running event's & with all of this new found knowledge i with my partner intend to put on our own event's catering for the Hardcore/ Hardtrance/Style massive. We also intend eventually to run our own promotions called A-Class Promotions which will incorporate an Agencie & Record Label but that will not be for a while as we still have a lot to learn & finances to raise!! For now i am happy with my monthly residency @ Raw to the Core held monthly in Southport @ Fubar plus other bookings i manage to get. "Wired is an Energetic & Skillful Dj.
